1. Initial Inquiry
Get in touch with us either over the phone or via email.
2. Plans or Site Visit
Either provide us with provision of floor plans or, if unavailable, we will conduct a site survey to measure and assess the area.
3. Material Selection
The time you make the decision regarding the use of screed or concrete.
4. Quote Issuance
We will provide you with a formal quote for the work you would like doing.
5. Quote Acceptance & Deposit
You accept the quote and make a 30% deposit payment.
6. Pre-Installation Inspections
We conduct a site inspection prior to installation.
7. Installation
We install your underfloor heating system.
8. Supply & Installation Payment
60% Payment for supply and installation, with 10% of the payment retained.
9. System Completion
We finalise the electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring the system is fully operational.
10. Commissioning
Commissioning of the system by us, Retro Therma.
11. Final Payment
You send the payment of the final remaining 10%.
12. O&M Manuals
We issue the Operation & Maintenance (O&M) manuals.
